Getting Started
How do I start learning?
Open the Learn tab, pick a topic, and start a lesson or a practice session. The AI tutor (Tutor tab) is always available for any language question — no topic required.
Who creates the topics?
Topics and their content are prepared by your organization's admins and platform super admins. You can also build your own private topics where that feature is enabled.
How does the AI generate exercises?
From the source texts in a topic, the AI produces exercises (multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, translation, and more) and explanations in your language, Hungarian-first.
Practice & Learning
How does the adaptive difficulty work?
The system tracks your accuracy and recent performance, then mixes exercises to keep you challenged but successful — roughly the 85% success zone where learning is fastest.
What exercise types are available?
Multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, translation, true/false, reading comprehension, listening comprehension, plus Vocab Match, role-play and debate practice.
How does spaced repetition work?
Each exercise you answer is scheduled for review using an SM-2 algorithm: get it right and the interval grows (1 → 3 → 7 days, then longer); miss it and it comes back the next day. Due reviews are prioritised into your sessions, and your dashboard shows how many are due.
Can I practice offline?
The app is a PWA and keeps working for already-loaded content, but generating new exercises and chatting with the tutor need a connection.
Account & Billing
Is there a personal Premium plan?
No — the platform is offered to organizations (B2B). Your access and seat are managed by your organization's admin, so there's no separate personal plan to buy.
How do I get access or more seats?
Access is provided through your organization. Contact your org admin to be invited or to change seats.
How do I export my data?
You can request a copy of your personal data — open Settings, or use the Feedback link to contact us. (Self-service export is on the roadmap.)
How do I delete my account?
Account deletion removes your personal data. Request it from Settings or via Feedback and we'll process it. (Self-service deletion is on the roadmap.)
Privacy & Data
What data do you collect?
Only what serves your learning: your progress, vocabulary, goals and practice results. Analytics are strictly opt-in (cookie banner), and AI tuning logs are anonymized and fragmented.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No. Content you submit to the AI tutor is sent to the configured AI provider purely to generate the response; it is not sold or shared for advertising.
Where is my data stored?
In the platform's PostgreSQL database, scoped to your organization. Org reports use pseudonyms and k-anonymity so individuals can't be singled out.
